2XZ-C Series Direct-Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
This series of pumps are improved on the type of 2XZ. We adopt foreign advanced technology and experiences. It is used for pumping the the water vapor in sealed vassels to make the vassels in a vacuum. It can also be as forepump of the high vacuum or super high vacuum equipments. It is widely used in vacuum smelting, vacuum coating, solar noncrystalline silicon, monocrystal silicon, polysilicon, distilling, industry, food packaging, aerospace technology, semiconductor,electronics, refrigeration equipment, medical treatment, chemicals and laboratory or labouratory of universities and colleges.
